Below are some of the services we offer:
BASIC MOWING PROGRAM - Lawn mowing including edging, string trimming and clean-up. Collection of clippings is optional.
LEAF AND BRANCH REMOVAL PROGRAM - Seasonal leaf and branch removal.
LAWN CARE PROGRAM - Fertilization regimes to ensure healthy, beautiful turf areas, including weed control. Also available are applications for disease and/or insect control.
SHRUB CARE PROGRAM - Shrub trimming and pruning. Small tree pruning and branch removal. Weed control in bed areas.
SEASONAL COLOR PROGRAM - Design, layout and installation of seasonal bedding plants including annuals, perennials and biennials.
MULCHING PROGRAM - Seasonal replenishment of all types of mulching materials, such as pine bark mulch, pine straw and decorative rock.
QUALITY CONTROL PROGRAMS - Year-round property inspections. Patrol grounds for trash and debris. Blow/vacuum sidewalks, driveways as needed. Inspect plant material to insure continued health.
IRRIGATION SYSTEMS PROGRAM – Troubleshooting and repairs including system start up and shut down.
It is important to note that we can only guarantee our performance claims under the provisions of prearranged agreements. Our protection is a secondary function of a contract but customers derive the most benefit. Entering into a service agreement with Appalachia Landscaping, Inc. ensures you get what you pay for on time.
